Stellar Digital Design & Marketing is selecting five small businesses to receive professional website design and setup with the standard $899 design fee waived.
Selected businesses will receive a professional, mobile-friendly website and an ongoing partnership designed to help them get found, build trust and grow with confidence.

Selected businesses enroll in Stellar’s Community Website Care & Growth Plan* for $149 per month with an 18-month initial commitment.
*This is a fixed amount and time period, differing from the normal Website Care & Growth Plan

  • The standard $899 website design and setup fee is waived.
  • Participation requires the $149-per-month Community Website Care & Growth Plan.
  • The initial plan commitment is 18 months.
  • The program includes up to five standard website pages.
  • Additional pages and advanced functionality require a separate quote.
  • Ecommerce, complex booking systems, custom applications, membership systems and advanced integrations are not included.
  • Logo design, full copywriting, professional photography and premium software are not included unless separately purchased.
  • Domain registration and third-party fees may be billed separately.
  • Selected businesses must meet all content and approval deadlines.
  • Application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Need their first professional website or a replacement for an outdated site
  • Can provide business information, service descriptions, photos and approvals
  • Are prepared to respond within project deadlines

  • Understand the $149 monthly commitment
  • Fit within the standard five-page website scope
  • Priority may be given to businesses that demonstrate community involvement, a clear need, strong readiness and the potential to benefit meaningfully from a new website.

What Stellar needs from participants

Selected businesses must be prepared to:

  • Sign the service agreement by the stated deadline
  • Complete the website questionnaire
  • Supply requested content and business information
  • Provide logos and photographs they have permission to use
  • Identify one person who can approve decisions
  • Submit revision requests as one consolidated list
  • Respond to project questions and approvals promptly
  • Maintain the Website Care & Growth Plan for the agreed term
  • Failure to provide content or approvals by the assigned deadline may move the project to a later launch window or result in the opening being offered to another applicant.

Application and selection process

 

1. Submit your application

Tell Stellar about your business, your current online presence and what you hope a new website will help you accomplish.
 

2. Applications are reviewed

Applications are evaluated based on readiness, project fit, business needs, scope and available program capacity.

The program is not first come, first served.
 

3. Finalists may be contacted

Some applicants may be invited to a brief consultation before final selections are made.
 

4. Five businesses are selected

Each selected business receives:
An acceptance deadline
Agreement instructions
Content deadline
Assigned kickoff week
Target website launch week
 

5. Websites launch on a staggered schedule

Most websites are expected to launch four to six weeks after their active kickoff date, assuming the client submits content and approvals on time.
